To separate the top of your case, simply pull it up without twisting it. Then place the shade inside the case until you hear a click so it locks into place. To remove the shade, simply repeat the reverse process.

Opening and closing the lipstick:
To open or close the lipstick, hold the case in one hand and the shade in the other. Turn the shade clockwise to open (take out the shade), and counterclockwise to close (put in the shade).
Apply the lipstick directly to your lips.
Change the shade easily by replacing its refill.

Important precautions:
- Before inserting the shade into the case, always remove the protective cap to avoid damaging the shade.
- Never close the case when the lipstick is in the open position (shade out). Always make sure the shade is fully retracted before closing the case.
